   • Our beach house is located in Nikiti, the second leg of Halkidiki, Greece, just 50 meters from a beautiful sandy beach.

2. How many people does the beach house accommodate?

   • The beach house can comfortably accommodate eight people.

3. What amenities are included in the rental?

   • The beach house is fully furnished and equipped with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, air conditioning, and more.

4. Is there a minimum stay requirement?

   • During the summer season, there is a minimum stay requirement of 10 nights. 

5. Is smoking allowed in the beach house?

   • No, smoking is not allowed inside the beach house. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas.

6. Are pets allowed?

   • Yes we allow pets  in the beach house to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

7. Is there a security deposit required?

   • No, we do not require a security deposit. But your identification will be held on record just in case you must cover any potential damages. 

8. Is there a cleaning service included in the rental?

    • The latest you can cancel without being changes is 15 days before.

    • Check-in after 3:00 pm and Check-out before 11:00 am.
